Mark H. Brezinski is a seasoned restaurant industry executive and innovator with more than 45 years of experience shaping some of the most recognizable concepts in dining. He has held senior leadership roles at Brinker International and P.F. Chang’s, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and concept development. Brezinski is also the co-creator of several successful restaurant brands, including Pei Wei, Eatzi’s, and Velvet Taco.

Widely recognized for his influence and leadership, he was named one of the Most Influential CEOs in the Restaurant Industry by Nation’s Restaurant News in 2021 and honored as a North Texas 500 Best CEO by D Magazine.
