Shannon Lindell, Corporate Chef

Shannon Lindell brings together real-world kitchen experience and a teacher’s gift for developing talent. A Mississippi native who started working in restaurants at the age of fifteen, Shannon has cooked across the United States, from the kitchens of New Orleans, Nantucket, Tucson, and North Carolina.

Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Mississippi University for Women, then spent twelve years teaching culinary arts at the collegiate level, training the next generation of cooks and chefs. Shannon left the classroom to join CIG Concepts and has been with the company since the very first Taste Italian Kitchen in Starkville opened its doors.

This rare blend of hands-on cooking, hospitality leadership, and a passion for teaching drives the culinary program at CIG Concepts, where scratch-made quality, consistent execution, and a well-trained team always come first.
