Michele Fant brings an unconventional and visionary lens to hospitality, combining her background as a space engineerwith a passion for culinary innovation and experiential dining. Known for transforming bold ideas into thriving restaurant concepts, Michele is the strategic force behind some of the region’s most successful and fast-growing brands.

She opened and created Taste Italian Kitchen, launching its first location in 2021 and expanding to a second in 2025. In that same breakout year, she also brought 44 Prime and Bluto’s Greek Tavern to life—each with a distinct identity, menu vision, and loyal following. In 2022, she expanded the group’s footprint with The Joint Texas BBQ, followed by the launch of 5 Star Catering in 2023, extending the brand beyond brick-and-mortar and into large-scale events and private dining.
